Mission Statement for the
Kellogg Community College Upward Bound Program
The mission of the Kellogg Community College Upward Bound Program is to motivate its participants to achieve educationally, socially and creatively beyond their present levels.
Through the continuous improvement of our postsecondary admission of our diverse populations and the retention rate of the students of Battle Creek Central High School, while supporting Kellogg Community College's TRiO Commitment.
